I have a client who has a Canon ImageClass MF4690 hooked up through a Time Capsule for wireless sharing.

When she prints from any of her computers, the first page prints fine, but all the other pages print a section of the content in gigantic type. It's almost like the printer is zooming into a part of the page and ignoring everything else.

Does anyone know what could be causing this? All of her computers are using Snow Leopard and have the latest drivers for the printer installed.

I would try to have it plugged into a computer through USB directly, but I'm not at her location now.

Thanks!
