Any help on this one?

If I go to a website and click on a Quicktime movie to load in Safari, safari hangs and I have to force quit. Same thing in Netscape, OmniWeb, etc happens on trying a QT movie.

I've deleted the QT plugin and reinstalled QT 6.4 but it did not help. I've delete the QT and safari plists also (no fix). QT loads fine under a different user account, so it has to be something under my personal settings.

Any suggestions?

Search the software forum for at least one thread on this.

I'm not sure if a solution has been found, though I haven't seen the problem in Panther.

Have you downloaded Safari 1.1 yet?

This is on Panther so it should be 1.1 already...
