I have a "secure note" in keychain. When I open it I traditionally get presented with "open once" or "open always" options. Now I accidentally selected "Open always" and it no longer asks for a password to access it. I have tried looking through preferences to find a way to change this, but can't find any...

I would also like to find a way to not get prompted for this anymore. I don't want passwords saved for opening secure notes.

I think the only way to get the option to encrypt the note back is to create an identical note. The Keychain app isn't really the most flexible or feature rich utility.
