Is there a site that sells build-to-order G4s? I've read that the apple store has BTO, but when i checked, it didn't seem very useful. you can only add more expensive stuff to the models. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong place. Any help is appreciated-- I'm trying to save as much $$ as possible

It is going to be difficult to find someone who will sell a "stripped" version of one of the new G4's. I too am frustrated that I can't remove some of the Apple Store options to try and save some money. I mean, drop the standard 256 meg RAM from the 733 G4 and save about $250 {based on Apple's apparent prices } A good friend of mine who is PC only can't believe that Apple won't allow more customization. He's used to buying 0/0 configurations and adding his own RAM, hard drive, video card, etc. I doubt that we will ever see this level of customization coming directly from the Apple Store. Oh well...
