That New Years thread made me think of this....

I was recently introduced to Patron Silver and Tonic. I wouldn't have imagined it was good but I love it now Running a close second its Jameson on the rocks and Capt Morgan Private Stock and Coke.

But I give props to this thread since mine isn't original:

No beers please, that's a whole other topic.

Is that a drink, or a dessert?

aahh.. Its a good drink. I don't make weak drinks unless I'm asked to keep it light.

Besides that's only one of many of my favorite drinks. If I'm looking to take a crowd on a fast lane to getting wasted, I prefer to serve up a few of these:

A.M.F
1 part each of the following:

sky vodka (dont use anything of lesser quality then this)
dark rum
dos gusanos tequilla (any tequilla will do)
a good quality gin (anything cheap will cause a nasty hangover)
blue curacao

4 parts sour mix
4 parts lime soda (mountain dew - sprite - 7 up or what have ya)

I like serving up a few of these and when I get asked, "what is this drink or what does AMF stand for?" i tell them, "Adios Mother *****")

Beer, first and foremost.

Mixers? Classic Screwdriver (vodka and orange), Black Russian, White Russian, and any combination involving milk, frangelico, and kahlua.

My uncle introduced the family to a new drink this year.

Mix equal parts of:
Vanilla flavored Rum
Egg Nog

It's about the only way I can drink Egg Nog too.

But really and truly I am a beer drinker. And my beer of choice is my own home brewed beer. And if I have drank all of that, then it's Bell's Amber from the Kalamazoo Brewing Company.

Bell's Oberon is a favorite over in West Michigan . I've never liked the taste of their Amber.

I also love a good Belgian Ale. However, I have never had a good American produced copy. I'll have to look out for the one you have there.

My favorite Belgian Ales are Chimay and Duval. Plus, all profits from Chimay go to the monks and the orphanage they run.

It depends on how wasted I am (it's gets to a point where I'd drink Nail polish remover if it was the only thing left..)

'Decent' French Burgundy

Tequila slammers...

Snakebite with Venom - Red puke EVERYWHERE

The best drink I ever made (feel free to try it yourself) is to take 2 packets of jelly babies (or chop up 10 mars bars thats works great too) shove them in a vodka bottle... you have to drink a bit first..shame... then put the lid on tight and put it in the dishwasher for a few cycles shaking it between goes...

It all mixes great and mine came out fab, the mars one was pretty lethal tho...

Or you can snort Bell's whiskey, which I *really* wouldn't recommend, tear ducts just aren't made for scotlands finest...

That was about a third of what I was consuming on New Years Eve. The Bombay Saphire and tonic combo always is appropriate and tasty.
