Personally, I would've included dual .50's on the roof, and a moat. Gotta have moat.

It's exactly OS X. They took the home icon (Snow Leopard's icons go up to 512 x 512), and reduced the stickies icon and stuck it on the door. And they put the icon for universal access from System Preferences on the "Trespassers will be shot" sign.

Thanks. I made it in OmniGraffle Pro. They’re all free third party stencils, apart from the HAL and no entry icons, they’re just something I pulled from my Pixadex library, sorry for not giving credit, I can’t remember which icon sets they’re from. The barbed wire fence is a stock graphic, the sign posts I made myself.
Incidentally, I’m partly there. I have removed my mailbox, de‑activated my doorbell and removed the name plate, just wondering how getting rid of the house number is going to pan out. Should be fun, I think.

House numbers are required by law in San Antonio. Kinda hard to provide emergency services to you if they can't figure out which house is which... My mail goes to a kiosk (I haven't seen a mail slot in a house for literally decades), and I've never placed any sort of "this is my name" sign on the house. All the houses in my neighborhood have alarms, which is helpful (except when folks forget and let the dog out without deactivating the alarms).
Security? I know several of my neighbors don't believe in warning the bad guys that they'll be targeted...

Assuming the bushes with pointy bits count as barbed wire, all we need is a shotgun.
Though unlisted, the HAL would be useful to find out which jackass is stealing our mail.

Welcome to the Republic of Texas. I gotta admit that people here take home security seriously. A guy at Academy pitched me a gunsafe a couple of years ago by leading with "This is Texas, we don't worry about guns being stolen, we worry about fires." So refreshing.
The best part is that it only takes a few of us to keep burglary to a minimum. Every once in a while some burglar gets plastered and that makes the news, and the criminal types remember that they need to pick on the defenseless. If they can figure out who they are.
Joe Horn was doing us all a favor.
