For the past 2 years I have gather things to make care packages for Canadian soldiers in Afghanistan.

This year I would like to include everyone in my organization and I have written several letters to important people to ask for permission; now I have sent the letters on August 8 and I was wondering when should I call them to ask for some updates.

I am talking this year about making 2,000 boxes.
