You know, I think AW gets a bad rap. He posted some wacky stuff as Mojo2, but always in a nice way. So he's a bit crazy, aren't most of you, er us, that post here? Keyser PM'ed him after AW got mad and explained who he was. AW replied to him in a very nice way that you couldn't expect from some here.

And really, who didn't love Mojo's threads from back in the day?

I find it despicable that people are attacking his mental health, especially after revealing personal information about some trauma he has endured.

I mean, everybody knows somebody who has faced an emotional blow relating to lost love, so why not cut him a little slack?

However, regardless, whether he is mentally stable or not is not something to poke fun at.

"Mentally ill" people commit crimes and get put away for life.

"Mentally ill" is not an excuse for anything in my book.

"Mentally ill" is his diagnosis of himself.

He attacked me without provocation. Cubeoid made the comment that he was mojo2 and I concurred and the next thing that happened is Mr. AW attacking me once again - just like he did when he said, "Cody, are you controlling everyone here?"

If he can dish it out I'll tell him what I think of him and his allegations.

Otherwise, I'll avoid him like the plague.

Look back about 7 pages and you'll actually SEE where I tried to be NICE to the guy. What did he do? He continued to treat me like crap. I'm not going to play nice with him when he's an asshole through and through.

Page 16 anyone?

I'm sorry Cody, I agree with you a lot of the time. But you come off more aggressive than AW. It seems like you are the one on the attack. I could be wrong, but that is what I keep on getting from this thread.

If it's all the same to you, however, I'd prefer no preferential treatment or anything like that. When I am feeling good I believe I can hold my own around here and that level of participation is what we should all aspire to.

Stimulating, provocative, entertaining, literary and psychological discourse with only the barest interference from the referees. If someone can't keep up at this level or pace, then, unfortunately, they become casualties. However, if they can contribute I believe they should be given no quarter and they will get no quarter from me except as I would modify my OWN behavior to conform to my OWN standards.

I have done my share of shixx stirring and have levied some brutal attacks here and there. Somehow, and for some reason, I have lost the taste for simply laying waste to the unwary, the inconsiderate, the ignorant, the prejudiced, those who refuse to use the brains God gave them, the fuzzy brained and etc.

So, I am sliding into a different phase, one I'd like to think represents a kinder and gentler aberdeenwriter. But, the fact remains that I do still have a competitive streak and every so often I find myself filled with glee at the prospect of attack. More often than before, however, I resist the urge.

But not always and unpredictably so.

So, please, don't think of me as anything but another poster who is sometimes sharp or funny or ridiculous and when I am any of those things I hope you will do as your heart, mind and impulses dictate.

The worst thing of all would be to constantly be beholden to your generosity of spirit when, as Kevin said earlier in this thread, I really don't need any help.
