How many hard drives do you have? Do you have a spare drive you can use for bootcamp?

Um...you can fix it by following the instructions in the error message. It is saying that your disk is so hosed up that you must reformat the entire drive to make it better. So do what it says (back up the and use Disk Utility to format the entire drive, then restore the disk) and try again. An external drive is really handy for this, but with a Mac Pro you have room to do this with an internal drive if you want.

And as freescalpel says, you could use a second drive to act as your Boot Camp drive; Boot Camp only works with internal drives, so with a Mac Pro, you have that option.

How many partitions do you have on this drive? The BootCamp Utility can be very choosy sometimes.
