can you post the exact version that is in the desktop pictures folder? If this is the one then we can be sure apple isn't finished with it.

I like this one much more also. I thought the previous default was awful and looked pixelated or something. with 10.1, I would have to change the default to the "solid Aqua Blue" picture- made the login screen look much nicer!

Is it me or does this new desktop picture design look very similar to the design that is part of the iTools Blue globe? It looks like the only thing that is missing are the white star burst spots?

Thanks for posting it. I'm glad Apple changed the default one to this. The old one looks, I dunno, out of place or something.

thanks, it's beautifull I have always loved the wallpapers apple makes, or distributes. I agree that the last default ones looked a bit grainy though, still nice.

What I think is great is that about 99% of people wouldn't give that desktop pic a second glance if it weren't from a beta release.

Granted, it is an improvement.
We need less Democrats and Republicans, and more people that think for themselves.

This desktop is ok. I still like quantum foam better, this one is like "wahoo, I'm playing with the air brush tool on a blue gradient!"

I just took the image... gave it a nice Gaussian Blur, desaturated it to a blue-ish/grey and now it fits better with the "Graphite" color scheme.

Wow that's beautiful. Another subtle change to withhold from adding to my 10.1.5 installation to make my 10.2 upgrade that much more fun.
