Easy answer, no.
Answer with more info and 2 parts:
1.The SKY digibox is Hard programmed to receive only the (sky provided) digital signal from the Astra satellite, That's why you can no longer get the German p0rn like you could with the old analouge box
.
2. The Astra satellite is the only one with enough power and near enough to Europe for your SKY minidish to be able to receive a signal off (you don't want to be moving the dish around to try and point it at another bird any way).
The only chance you have is if you have a friend who has a Motorised dish and is able to point it at the right satellit
