Is anyone using Dantz' Retrospect (backups) on Panther? What are your experiences? Any problems?

How does it cope with fast user switching? As Retrospect's windows are persistent from the login screen to the user desktop screen, do the persist across user switches? Otherwise, what is the behaviour?

I just want to check before upgrading our Restrospect machine to 10.3.

Don't know how it works with fast user switching, but for a single user on Panther, Retrospect 5.0.238 works great!!!

I'm backing up to an OEM Pioneer Superdrive...

5.1.175 works well with VXA tape drive.

Haven't tried more than 1 user.

Has anyone restored a bootable copy of Panther from Retrospect 5.0 (specifically Express?).

I'm pretty pissed with the treatment Dantz has given Express customers. They will never see another dime from me, but there might be some justice in the universe if the product I bought actually continues to keep working with 10.3.
