FS: G4 Ibook 800mhz airport card needs some help

Hey all i got this ibook in a lot of ibooks that i bought and i don't know anything about it. It said in the auction that the HD was bad but i installed an OS and it seemed that everything was going good when it went to restart after the os was installed it frooze, so i then held down the power button and turned it off, then back on and got a blank screen so at this point i'm frustrated as all **** and just want to get rid of it and decide to post it either here or ebay so i go to take pics of the screen and all this writing comes up (shown in the pic) i don't know what the **** is going on so i'm going to leave this to someone who knows what they are doing.
anyways with that said it's a g4 with an airport extreme card installed and it has ram and a HD, the battery does hold a charge but not sure how long. so if your interested please let me know. I'm not sure what these are worth in this kind of condition so please just make an offer.
also if you know what's wrong with it please let me know so i can try and fix it. Thanks.
