I live outside the States. About 3 weeks ago, I placed and paid for an order of 5 books. Shipping date was set for June 11.

Yesterday, I changed my email address on my Amazon account. And now, when I sign in using my new email address, and go to "Open and Recently Shipped" Amazon is telling me "No orders or transactions", even when I select "Last Six Months".

What do I do?

I think you would have better luck talking to Amazon than you would canvassing the opinions of a totally unrelated bunch of idle losers frequenting a Mac geek site.

I said I live outside the U.S. The call service is not available to me.

I have sent them an e-mail, and still haven't heard back.

A lot of the losers who frequent this Mac geek site are American.

Hence my thread. But thanks for your helpful advice.

Some of you have no doubt been following this saga with great anxiety. It gives me great pleasure to bring you relief: The good folks at Amazon sent me the number for the international helpline, and the problem was solved over the phone by a helpful young Indian man with an impeccably curteous telephone manner and lightning-fast computer skills.

God bless outsourcing!
