Hey everyone,
My name is Kevin and a hopeful soon convert to mac. I'm planning on getting a ibook and wanted to try some first hand and check out all the new mac products and services and it JUST SO HAPPEN my family is taking a cruise to Canada and we are leaving from NY and i'll be in NY on the 17th and 18th (first two days of Macworld) is it possible for me and my dad to go and see the exibts and check out everything so soon to the Macworld? ALso how much is it? and how do i get tickets or admission? another other information on Macworld NY in general is appraicated! THANKS!

Hey Kevin, welcome aboard <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" /> i havn't been to teh NY one, but it was 15 bucks for me to go to MWSF. That's a floor pass, mind, no workshops, no keynote... watch the keynote on TV is my advice, much fun

You can also goto the <a href="http://store.apple.com/1-800-MY-APPLE/WebObjects/AppleStore" target="_blank">apple store</a> online and at the bottom are links to other <a href="http://www.apple.com/retail/" target="_blank">stores</a> that carry apple products.

And if there is no apple store near you checkout <a href="http://www.apple.com/switch/buy/" target="_blank">here</a> for other non-apple locations.

And if you follow <a href="http://eshop.macsales.com/macworld/" target="_blank">this</a> link to OWC, you can fill out the form and get free passes to Macworld. Free as in beer.

Now you can save your cash and instead use it to buy some drinks that have fruit and umbrellas in them as you cruise to Canada. Or buy some cool Mac stuff at the Expo. Either way, have fun.

OK i'm going to be more downtown NY area, where is the Convention Center, would it be hard to get there? or take a while?
