G'day guys,

I'm a skint student in Auckland, New Zealand. At the moment I've got a Mac Mini which is for sale on trademe. I'm selling it because I need a laptop but being a student 'n' all can't afford a brand new one. Also, the second hand market from what I can tell in New Zealand is over priced (ie: sell a 2006 Macbook for around $1,400 NZD when the entry point for a new one is $1,800).

Does anyone have any suggestions about perhaps a US based vendor or any advice?

Many thanks,
Marc

Apple refurb store. They have it in NZ too (although it doesn't look like there's a lot there at the moment).

As far as I concern, MBP would always be more expensive no matter which part of the world you live in. So a Macbook would be the only choice also if you could find 2 generations earlier for macbook pro you could find great prices here on marketplace section or even on eBay (but be careful with scammers on eBay).
