Download <a href="http://www.mscape.com/products/iconographer.html" target="_blank">Iconographer</a> If you don't already have it. Drag the file on it.. You should find the trash icon there. Edit it as desired. Log in as root or use the su/sudo app in the Terminal and put the file back to it's original location. A log out should make it take effect. Or quitting the dock.
