I figured I'd try and sell these systems before their parted out on eBay. I'd really hate to do that, but the need for money (and a 20" Cinema Display ) is a strong factor right now. Here are the specs...

System #1 $550 + shipping
"Gigabit Ethernet" model w/ 100mhz bus
450mhz G4 CPU (Dual processor capable)
1gb RAM
30gb hard drive
8/4/32 CD-RW drive
ATI Rage 128 Pro video card
(Scores about a 65 on XBench)

System #2 $650 + shipping
"Digital Audio" model w/ 133mhz bus
466mhz G4 CPU (Dual processor capable)
768mb RAM
40gb hard drive
12/8/32 CD-RW drive
ATI Rage 128 Pro video card
(Scores about a 71 on XBench)

I also have the following parts to accompany the systems...

733mhz G4 CPU I can put in System #2 for an additional $125 (Scores about an 85 on XBench)
Slightly modified (PM for details on this) Quicksilver case I can put System #1 (and maybe #2) in for an additional $150
Zip 250 drive I can install in either system for an additional $75
Apple Pro Keyboard for an additional $35
And possibly an Apple Pro Mouse for an additional $30

I might be willing to sell those parts separately if anyone is interested.

As far as trades go, I'd be interested in the following... a used iBook (dual USB or newer, preferably 100mhz bus) or a 17" Studio Display. I'd also be willing to trade for a 20" Cinema Display or a PowerBook G4 if any offers arrise.

I think you're overestimating the value of your GigE. If you decide to sell it, let me know--I'm looking for some GigE parts.
I do not like those green links and spam.
I do not like them, Sam I am.

If I parted the GigE out, I could probably get about $600 for all of it, so doing a straight swap for an iBook would probably be a fair deal, as would a Pismo or even a 17" Studio Display. But yes, the PBG4 and Cinema Display are wishfull thinking.

I know I'm a month or 2 out of touch, but are any of the dual systems still available?
