Seriously, my left eyebrow has been twitching all morning. As in, constantly and incessantly.

I'm about to go batsh*t insane here.

Does this ever happen to you? Be thankful if it doesn't -- it's distracting, irritating, and feels really weird. Plus it makes me worried that I have a tumor or something.

*twitch*

Any ramblings are entirely my own, and do not represent those of my employers, coworkers, friends, or species

Obviously something around you is "fascinating" and its setting off your spidey-sense.

Honestly, I think your eyebrow tells you it's time to pluck.

Could be that you need a healthy dose of potassium. Eat a bunch of bananas.

Happens to me, too. Often it's the area between my eyebrow and eyelid. I'm not sure why it happens.

Cut it open and pull out whatever alien parasite that has burrowed its way in there. Those pesky bastards are always fidgety and causin a ruckus.

If the bananas don't work, try this method. I forgot about those extraterrestrial parasites.

It typically happens to me at job interviews, or any other scenario where I'm nervous and trying like hell to hide it.

Well, it WILL work. You gotta shove three bananas directly into your eye.

That's what always does it to me. If I go without sleep for too long, my left eye will start to twitch. It's really annoying.

Lack of sleep can do some odd things to your electrolyte balance, as can a diet that doesn't contain enough of the right ingredients-like potassium. So get some sleep, make sure you stay properly hydrated, and eat a banana every day or so. Seriously, this is one of those "reminders" that we're not machines that can be ignored, but that we need some maintenance now and then.
