I like dragons, that one hasn't got wings though. Dragons are supposed to have wings . It looks more like a scaley blue dog (from the PDF on the site).
|
It'll be much easier if you just comply.

Chinese dragons are wing-deficient.

But how's it in real life, ie with two eyes, thus a bit more depth perception?

just finished one. with two eyes, the illusion is gone. with one eye, it takes a second to click, but it's really cool once it does.

i used to work for a sculptor selling dragons (ask TI, he's seen this guys work) and whenever someone complained about how they looked our standard reply would always be-
"bring in a living specimen (even a photo will do) and we would be happy to make the necessary modifications"

That could backfire as there are plenty of books with pictures of dragons.

Yeah it works, although it's important to cut rather precisely around the mouth and head. My first one was cut on the sloppy side and it kinda ruins the effect.
My second one is perfec', and is my little mascot at work.

Oh man that's fun. It can take a few seconds for the face to "pop" into the right direction, but once it does, the effect is quite neat.
