Ok listen to this one and try and figure this out. I cannot print BLACK with any printer I plug in on any program on the MAC. Simple. 3 new printers, new cartridges, etc --Nothing works. We have tried what we think is everything and are almost ready to sell the iMac. Software is updated and the Printer DOES print color and it always has on all 3 printers. NO BLACK. It goes through the motions, but the printing is BLANK and the cartridge is FULL and brand new.

Just for fun, have you tried to print a test page? I mean directly from whatever printer you are using. No computer input, just a regular old test page straight from the printer.
