1 License = 1 hardware.
So no, not legally in this case.

well I'm using the same OS 10.4 on 2 computers, and never had a problem ?
Never heard anything that that would be bad.
Is that true ? it's mine all 3. I can get it from a friend but said that I had it my self, just wanted to make sure...

The point the other posters are trying to make is it's not right to do so. It's in violation of the EULA.
Technical feasibility OTOH is another matter. Usually you can use a newer disk on older hardware. But not the other way around. That makes sense if you consider things like hardware support. Another limitation is that you can't use the install DVDs for one type of Mac on another type of Mac. IOW a MBP install DVD will install on a older MBP, but neither on a MP or on a newer MBP.

justjesper, our forums do not endorse, support or encourage violation of end user agreements, which may be enforceable contracts. In other words, you are asking us to help you effectively pirate a copy of OS X-which you say you've already done with Tiger. We cannot strongly enough DISCOURAGE this sort of activity.
If you want to violate the user agreement, you are ON YOUR OWN. If something goobers up because of that, it's on your shoulders. Of course you could actually plunk down the cash and BUY another copy of OS X, get all the benefits of having the retail version, AND actually comply with the conditions we all "agree to" when we click through during installation.
