Litestep is actually an app that is skinnable. It is based on NextStep's navigation system or something.

Anyway, I really wish that there was a solution like this for mac. So far, the only way I have come close is to:

1. Use menufela to hide menubar
2. Hide doc
3. FruitMenu to navigate/access files and such.

Unfortunately, I don't think OS X's menus are that themeable.

If you like the menu action, check out DejaMenu:
DejaMenu 1.2.1 for MacOS X

Theres another app called OcSmartHacks which also gives you more NeXT-ish goodness like tear-off menus. I think its shareware but not too expensive.

Ill look into them, what I se ethe big problem is that yes we can get all these tearoff menues' etc BUT the big difference is it STILL looks like aqua and thats what im more sick of.

Aqua is a UI that is over 6 years old now, I want somthing like the post I gave with grey windows, and that rainbow effect on their tops. (im not gay hehe)
