I'm surprised there isn't a thread on this already. Anyone catch this flick yet?
I totally loved it. I'm usually not a big fan of 3D movies but this one has done a great job of using and not OVER or UNDER using the effects. Great characters and story line and overall a fun fun movie.
Must watch!

The one review I read (not specifically about the 3D version) said, basically, that the movie was trying too hard.

it's a cute movie, definitely worth seeing, 3D was used well but not needed for enjoyment.
I would have preferred to see it in DVD or BD form and not payed the $13 to see it, but I dont regret it.
unless you have kids that are begging you to see it and you want to get out of the summer heat then just wait till it comes out on DVD.
and just to compare, avatar was a must see in 3D, story was crap but the cinematography/CG was amazing and very well done in 3D in my opinion.
