Is anyone having problems with blank spam emails quitting Entourage? This is happening on both my work machine (G4/10.3.6) and my iBook at home (G3/10.3.6). Spam emails that have no from address, no subjects, nothing are causing my Entourage to quit unexpectedly. I have to go out to the server via the web and delete the messages. Am I the only one? Is this fixable? It's starting to bug me.

Which version of Office? I was having the same problem and the latest security update seemed to fix it. No problems since.


The Microsoft Office v.X for Mac Security Update (10.1.6) includes the following improvements for Entourage X for Mac:

Corrupted e-mail messages could cause Entourage X for Mac to stop responding

Previously, certain corrupted e-mail messages could cause Entourage X for Mac to stop responding when e-mail messages were received with the Junk Mail Filter feature enabled. This issue has been fixed.
