The past week my iMac 350MHZ (indigo), has been making a gurgling noise and it's not quite at at all... It's only when I'm accessing another webpage or opening up an application. Is something internally going wrong here?

Yeah, computers don't gurgle. Probably your hard drive. Make sure you back up your data. If it is the hard drive, it's not worth replacing internally. You could get an external, but it would be a better idea to pick up a mini instead.

Your hard drive will eventually fail, and from your description it's a 'goner'. Back up your data as soon as possible. You can get replacement HDs for your iMac...

Last night I ran a test on both of the HD's and they said they where (ok). I turned it on this morning, nothing... No noise except for the fan noise... looks like it won't be failing after all...

Well, define fan noise, those iMacs didn't have them, lol...

Anyway, ya it was your hard drive, I'd recommend replacing it...now...they're cheap insurance and it's an easy install

Is it really that easy? Don't you have to do special things with voltage tools because of the CRT?
