Any way to convert mp4 to mp3?

I am trying to convert some audio clips which are in mp4 format from being ripped in QuickTime Pro. I need to now convert these to mp3. I have been looking around for some program that does this and even tried a couple audio recorder programs such as WireTap and AudioRecorder, but with no luck.

Any ideas/advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
