Slightly modded you'd probably waste me most places, the WRX responds really well to mods. The shift kit firms up all the shifts, from the factory half the time my car shifts it has this slow 'luxurious' shift that feels annoying and adds lots of heat. One place I bet you'd get your ass kicked is in the twisties. >

In the quarter, hell yes. SVX's are **** in the quarter. They were designed as a touring car, and geared respectively. From 50mph (if they're both stock) the SVX will usually walk a WRX.

Yea, you probably could take me in the twisties. I have been thinking of ordering a set of sway bars.

in order of magnitude.

If you liked the WRX, you'll Die for the EVO. While the Evo we have stateside is a bit watered down for my liking, the reviews still say it's insanely quick. and wait til u see how they've sprung the turbo ... my god

Eh... the Evo cannot be compared to the WRX. That's not fair. Compare the Evo to the STi.
