Our family is doing some upgrading of our laptops.
I'm selling my trusty White MacBook
- 2.0GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
- upgraded to a 120GB HD (from 80)
- 2GB Ram (from 1GB)
- SuperDrive
- Remote
- perfect display with no stuck or dead pixels
- It has normal wear and tear on the outer case as these plastic cases are prone to scratching, but there are no deep or serious digs of any kind.
- The hinges are good and tight and no play in them, a good fit around the case
I have the box, the outer brown shipping box, all of the internal packing, original disks, remote, power supply, etc. I even have some of the original twist ties. I'm pretty picky about hanging on to stuff, it drives my wife nuts with all the boxes in storage.
Anyway, this white MacBook has
AppleCare warranty remaining on it until April 2010. I just sent it in a couple of months ago and Apple replaced the upper case that houses the keyboard. These plastic MacBooks have a problem with small cracks developing in the upper case from the impact of the lid coming down on it. This one was replaced, so the keyboard is only a couple of months old. I've also been using a Marware wrist pad on it to protect it (I will be removing it, however because it's getting a little nasty looking).
