IE Character Code Menu Garbled...

	Was wondering if anyone suffered from a similar problem. I'm using both English and Japanese environments and though every other menu selection displays properly in IE, the View/Character Set menu now displays garbled text when switchign back to the English enviroment. I've installed 5.2 but to no avail. Any comments or suggestions?
