Bush's lack of a silver tongue has never hurt him with the voters. It's only the Hollywood elites and rolly-polly internet goonies that are really bothered by it. Clinton on the other hand is so polished that he reaks of BS. People make fun of Bush's gestures but Clintons lip biting, smirks and smugness bugged me just as much. He's just better at it.
