Setup: Mac Mini connect to internet via Airport Express N via Ethernet

I can access my mac mini through the network and share the screen through my macbook pro.

Problem: The Mac Mini cannot access the internet through the built-in wireless nor the Airport Express via Ethernet

Has anyone had this problem and if so . . how do you fix it?

I've already tried:
- restarting the mac mini
- changing the network name through my airport extreme
- doing a hard reset on the airport express

Please Help! By the time I get home from work, Apple Care is closed!

Probably network or DNS settings. Are you using DHCP to give the mini an IP address or giving it a static IP? When you say it can't access the Internet, do you mean web sites? Check your DNS settings under the Advanced button in the network preferences to see if anything is set up. More details about your Network settings may help, but it's something local on that machine, probably wrt DNS that is causing the problem.

so i go to Settings>Network>Ethernet

I'm setting up my DHCP manually . . . where do I get this information on my Apple Extreme?

IP Address
Subnet Mask
Router
DNS Server

Your setting should be "Using DHCP". The router (Airport Express) should provide all the info you list to the machine automatically. If you can access this machine on your local network, then everything is probably working except DNS. Check the settings on another machine that can connect to the Internet and just copy them over.
