gofridge likes how the Bears toyed with the Packers by keeping it close when they easily could have decimated the Packers.

Pfff, Bears were lucky.
They won this game, but the way they played, they'll not go to post-season.
Packers' rookies f*cked up the game with all their stupid penalties.
But hey, I'm happy for GB. Aaron Rogers is the best QB in the NFL, no doubt.
Green Bay will eventually go to the Superbowl with Rogers, which I doubt the Bears will do with Cutler.

Packers beat themselves. Cutler threw 4 picks, only 1 of which counted. That pass interference call at the end was bogus, both guys were engaged.

Both teams suck.
But atleast members of GB gave my Fantasy Football team 16 points tonight and helped me seal another win to go 3-0 for the season. Boo yeah!

Yeah, I agree, the Bears didn't win, the Packers lost.
I also thought some of the false start calls against the Packers were quite dubious.
A Packer moved his pinky (i.e. nothing to see here), Julius Peppers starts crossing the line of scrimmage, but the call goes against the Packers ? And this happened twice. WTF ?

Yeah, you were clever enough to pick from the better team.

What's your pick ?
All the "star" QB are getting old, Brady, Manning (the elder), Favre, all have their best years behind them.
Rogers has only been playing 3 seasons, and look how good he already is.

I don't disagree that he might be the best young QB in the league, with the brightest future, but right now he's simply not the best QB in the NFL. Manning is. Hands down. End of story. The end.

Manning is already almost like Favre. Good, but not good enough to win a Superbowl again.

The number one rule in special teams that the Green Bay Packers have forgotten is this. In the NFL, do not ever punt or kick the ball to Devin Hester in the middle of the football field if you don't want him to score.
I agree that Aaron Rodgers is the best quarterback in the NFC for now , but I would not crown him just yet to be the best in the NFL. We have no idea what the future looks like. He maybe awesome now, but how about two years from now? What if he gets injured?

In fairness to the Packers' decision-making, it was a horrible punt, period. I have no problem kicking to Hester if you're able to actually execute it.

I agree, but that's a very big IF that may result in a TD for his team and it's always easier said than done.

Yep, Special teams is still the great weakness of the Packers.
If they get that in order, and straighten out the rookies, there is no stopping them.

Wow. Interesting.
The reigning regular-season MVP, who lost in the SB final, who's started the first three games of this season with 300+ yards, 3 TDs and 0 interceptions in each game, who's only 34 until after this season, who is a pass-always QB that won't be slowed by declining foot speed... isn't good enough to win it all in the next couple of years?
You seem to have your QB/team concepts mixed up.

gofridge sees that goturtle is still delusional.
The Bears are like a cat playing with its prey before it finally kills the prey. The Bears used their skills to defeat the Packers, to keep it close to give the Packers a false chance that they could win and only pull ahead of them at the end.

Luck nothing. The Bears had a better defensive line and vastly superior special teams. Rogers is a better QB but that is the only thing the Packers had going for them last night.
And a month ago I would have agreed about Chicago in the playoffs but with a great shot at going 5-0 and the way the rest of the NFC North is playing we have an excellent chance of going to the post season.

The Packers defense was panicky the whole game and at times you could see the desperation. The calls were correct.

The packers were terrible last night. Who the hell over there thought punting to Hester is a good idea? And I am shocked the Packers didnt have the ball stripped from there more often.
As for Cutler, the only bad throw that could have changed the outcome was towards the end of the game which was the result of blatant helmet-to-helmet contact.

LOL, yes, the amount of sacks proved that.
Oh, wait, they barely ever touched Rogers.
The Packers defense was solid. Given that the Bears have no offense, and live of the defense, this was not a very good game.
They won on Special Teams, nothing else.

Did you watch the same game ?
The throw was bad way before he ever got touched.

Ha, LOL, the Giants killed the Bears.
10 sacks ?
They maybe should have brought the offensive line out to play. Oh, wait, they did.
gofridge should go back to his fridge, because that's the only place that contains any value.

The Giants cheated. gofridge would expect nothing less from a team that is almost as evil as the Green Bay Packers.
