i have a 20" LCD Dell 2005FPW for sale. i've owned this particular model for about a year and its just as bright as day one. no dead pixels and being shipped in original packaging. i would keep it, but my generous cousin gave me a heck of a deal on a 24" display and i couldn't pass up. i have feedback from previous sales on these forums (run my name through a search in the marketplace). the display is in great condition 9.9/10 (.1pt docked for being used but thats it) and it includes:
20" LCD display panel with a swivel stand
1 DVI cable
1 VGA cable
1 USB cable (there is a 4 port usb hub built in)
1 Power cord
install discs for pc users and whatever else that comes in original packaging.
i'm asking $200 + shipping costs, pickup is cool i'm located in los angeles, ca.
no pictures yet but you could see it in the powerbook and imac picture threads under my name, thanks for your time.

not the best picture but it's something, my laptop recently broke and i've been busy fixing all my files to take pictures of the display (please excuse the mess).

That's a good price. I sold mine a few months ago for $200, and didn't need to ship it anywhere. Yes, it's the UltraSharp, and I think they are as good as advertised. The backlight evenness and the off-axis viewing are just a little nicer than the cheaper LCDs.

iREZ, I am a recent PC to Mac convert and I have the exact same monitor and I am trying to hook it up to my Macbook Pro 15". I can get the native resolution (1680 x 1050) only when I stretch the screen onto the monitor but if I mirror the screen I get a stretched lower resolution, which I presume is the same as the macbook screen (1440 x 900). Also, I'd like to close the macbook lid like you did in the picture, but when I do that the monitor goes blank. My goal is that when I close the lid of the macbook it automatically switches to the external monitor in its native resolution. I've done this with countless PC laptops and was hoping the mac could do the same.
Thanks.

I don't know how to do that, but if you post your question on the MacBook Pro board, you'll get an answer in no time.
