Hi
I am just curious if anyone has installed or knows if the New 15" Powerbooks are compatible with a single 2GB stick of Ram?
I ask, as it is cheaper for me to buy the single stick, rather than 2 x 1GB sticks.... anyone know?
Also 2GB is the max RAM these Powerbooks can take - right?
Thanks
BrettO

Okay...I will bite. Do single 2GB RAM sticks exist? If so, wouldn't they be more expensive than two 1GB RAM sticks (I purchased a 1GB RAM stick for $159 recently).
Currently, 2 gigabytes is the limit for the "newer" PowerBooks.

Theoretically, the PBG4 can handle up to 4GB, the limit for 32-bit CPUs.
