I have a flashed PC GeForce 2 MX card (64 MB) in my G4. I'm not sure if its a MX 400 or not.
I think that it is, but Apple System Profiler in OS X doesn't say.

Yes, I've been using my PNY PC Geforce2MX 400 64MB (very high end Geforce 2 pretty much as fast as low end Geforce 3) for a long time now, has worked absolutely perfectly I might still have the DOS boot disk lying around with the flashing files on it, But I'm not sure. It's a complicated process. I believe IMG has instructions (www.insidemacgames.com)

I've been running a Hercules 3D Prophet II MX for quite a while now, it's a GeForce2 MX400 w/ 64MB. Flash went just fine, no trouble whatsoever and huge improvement compared to the stock ATI Rage128
