Welcome to the wonderful world of Apple and Macs. Most of us have been Mac fanatics long before Apple was popular.

^^^ Good and bad are only two personalities and the contraction for it-is is it's.

Welcome BlueApple 1305. I'm surprised there were already 1304 BlueApples in here.

Don't worry about lack of knowledge of Apple products. They can train you to have information, but what they are really looking for is a great and bright personality. Retail experience helps too. Best of luck!

I’ve been to several Apple Stores lately; I’m not so sure they’re looking for bright personalities.

Then something’s not working with their hiring system. I would say about half of the staff at the local Apple Stores are total dicks.

Maybe it is because you live in SoCal.

I'm not joking, the amount and number of Apple Stores in Southern California mean a very high turnover between stores and rapid hiring processes. In places where there is only one store, like here, the hiring process is long and intense with very high standards.
