downgrade to 1.1.2 and jailbreak, then do the soft upgrade.

BL 4.6 doesn't have a software unlock. You can do the hardware unlock though which can be found on Hackint0sh. Very risky and requires opening and soldering I believe. Or buy one of those *sims.

iDoctor, there is now a BL 4.6 software unlock. You can find more information if you search on Google! It works if you have 1.1.3 too.
