It is essential for the body to obtain what it needs for healthy living.
Therefore I recommend this as the foundation of a good Halloween breakfast:

You can do the same thing for lunch, but I would add a Reese's PB cup.

Sure - but it's a relatively good thing to eat.

I heard on NPR that dentists apparently have a candy buy back program for kids and that might be the most heinous thing I've heard of – aside from getting rid of the crap and generic candy no on wants. "Good n plenty? No thanks."

I never understood Good n Plenty. It's like eating vulcanized rubber with a hard sugar coating. wtf.

And dentists - pfft, who needs them or their programs.

I remember as a child getting those teeny-tiny boxes of Good 'n Plentys in my treat bag. It's like, what malicious adult actually bought those. There is absolutely nothing good about them, In fact, lets break down what they are in full:

Rubbery licorice: Gross.
Unnervingly powdery "candy shell": Gross.
Pink ones contain K-Carmine: Gross

Nope. Thanks, Lancaster, Pennsylvania. You produce terrible candy and are the USA's puppy mill capital. Great.
