Hey, I just got my hand on one of Newer Tech's 3G iPod battery replacement and after following their guide ( http://eshop.macsales.com/Tech_Cente...s/3gipod72.pdf ), the iPod just shows an icon of a folder with a exclamation mark in a triangle over it and then it just restarts. Then once in a while a big check mark shows with the text "OK to disconnect" and the title of the dialog is "Disk mode". Anyone know what the problem might be?
Thanks.

You will need to reopen your iPod. Make sure the connection to the HD in the iPod is seated correctly.
Check all of the connection in your iPod.
