VNC may work for you... depends how much the lag matters.

Try using the program: "Remote Desktop Connection Client for Mac" from Microsoft. I think you can find it on the Mactopia web site. I use it to connect to my Windows 2000 server at work all the time. It's free, however; your PC needs to have Windows XP professional-- not XP home.

You might also get away with getting one of those lagless EyeTV devices and convert your PC's DVI output to something they'd accept as input.
Then you could even use your other machine in a window! I'm thinking about doing something similar with my old B&W G3 if/when I get a 24" iMac for those rare times when I still need OS 9.

The EyeTV devices don't accept DVI or VGA as input.

Yeah, I know. You'd need to get another adapter and go from DVI or VGA to something the EyeTV devices do accept as input.

And at that point, it'd probably be cheaper to buy a 20" Dell LCD with all the video inputs.

Well, I don't know about that - Apple sells a DVI-to-Composite/S-Video adapter for $19.
At any rate, a 20" Dell LCD wouldn't be as *cool*.
