It feels very stupid, but I was fighting with MacFUSE, needed to write access a NTFS partition, when decided to dismiss the effort and "clean" the mac.
I checked the package contents in finder and proceeded to manually erase the files installed by FUSE and by the ntfs-3g driver for FUSE... just to press a second too quickly Enter!
So, instead of removing /sbin/mount_ntfs-3g, i removed MacOS X's /sbin/mount_ntfs...
is there a way I can recover it? on the install dvd???
Or... some pious soul willing to mail that single file to me?

My Linux past has betraied me! :-)

Thanks,

Lory
