I wonder why they still think people would click on something that flashes... or maybe they think people that get annoyed by their crapads wouldn't .. ahh it's not even worth talking about.

As a webmaster I can say that these ads get some of the highest CTRs of any CPM banners...often in excess of 2%. Just going to prove that internet users are idiots.
