First of all, you posted on March 30. So it's not called an "April Fools joke," it's called lying. Either then, or now.

I vote now. We all think you are gay and have issues about it. Any gay person knows the symptoms. So when you eventually feel comfortable with yourself, feel free to talk about it. Until then, you have my sympathy because I know from personal experience that this is not a fun issue to torture yourself over. It gets much better once you finally decide to be honest.

I assumed the "joke" that he's "really straight" was the April Fool's joke—i.e., he's gay and today he's joking he's straight.
"You rise," he said, "like Aurora."

I agree with Simey here. It's no small thing to have to "come out" ( a pity that society makes one have to, but not if you're straight). You're young, superchicken, and I'm sure your hormones are al over the place, as well as life coming at you in a million directions - but all the best.

Society cannot MAKE anyone do anything. Nor is anyone FORCING people to announce their sexuality. Most people could care less.

version I feel he is doing this for attention in this particular forum. He doesn't post as if he is conflicted. Or he wouldn't be playing games.

How is society enforce it?

Ok, I can understand that. For me, I just feel the way society is, that it's a cultural thing in which homosexuality is marginalised. But I can see your point of view.

I think he is referring to this thread.

As for issues, whether he has any is none of our business, imho.

That is quite a sentence.

Is it from you or is it a famous quote of some kind?

Me and the boys are sitting around trying to figure out how to invent the next evolution of goth*, hence I've listened to Cyanide (click releases/videos) about 100 times so far this weekend.

(* We've got as far as wearing Viking helmets, talking lots of crap and being surrounded by plenty of models in lingerie. I haven't quite sussed out how to include Leviticus 18:22 yet, but I'll figure it somehow)

Salty is still young... still learning. Still growing. Still a bit wet behind the ears and immature. (Not that I have room to talk, I am still a whipper snapper in the big picture)

I take this in context. Also, maybe he doesn't get a lot of attention in his real life. Which causes him to act out this way.

OR maybe it's just the homosexual in him that makes him so over-dramatic and showy.
