Me too. Loved that machine.

EDIT: that can't be right. Maybe it was my next machine, 15" 1 GHz Alu-PowerBook G4. Yeah, that sounds right.

Bro', are you kidding? The Amiga was always an emulation hub for all kind of current and legacy machines. Thanks to the 68060 processor boards back in the days it was an even better Mac than the Apple Macs, because Apple stopped 68k at the 68040 and then tried to emulate all 68k OS code parts with this half baked emulator on the new PPC basis.
There is even a PPC MacOS emulator available - Fusion PPC - which nearly nobody can afford because firstly you have to buy a rare PPC card for classic Amigas.

When I first hopped on here, I had a Sawtooth. Then I upgraded to a 15" MBP in 2007, which beer was spilled on and I bought a mid-2009 MBP last summer. The new MBP is the victim of another beer spillage, so I am hoping to buy a new one soon.

I had a UMAX s900/180, upgraded via daughter card to a G3 500. It had 512MB of RAM, plus the onboard 16MB. I also had a homebuilt Athlon T-bird 1Ghz, can't remember how much RAM, possibly running Win 2000 or maybe still '98.

Still in my gadget closet. Got it in late 98 (replaced a PowerMac 7100/80) and it went through many upgrades over the years until I replaced it in '04. Great machine.
I also had a G3 as my first computer that I used to access macnn. In fact it replaced a 7100/66 so my upgrade path was pretty similar to yours.

I had the same G3/266 as this one with a 4gb hard drive and internal zip drive (I remember deciding with my father whether to get the 6gb HD or the 4gb +zip). We even had a SCSI scanner for it. OS 9 crashed all day, but the computer still ran fine until we scrapped it recently (with upgraded 80gb HD and 256mb of ram I think).

My current machines are in my sig.

Rev B Bondi iMac

I didn't buy the Rev A because I heard rumors that a new model was coming out with a whopping 6MB of SGRAM and a blazing 56.6k modem!

I was using a 350MHz Blue and White G3 (Rev. B) with 192MB RAM, 6GB HD, DVD (with hardware MPEG decoder) and a Global Village internal modem. It also had a 3Dfx Voodoo card, which had previously lived in a PowerCenter Pro.

I was using a G4/400 with an AGP slot. Looking for and giving advice about the beta of Mac OS X is what brought me over to the 'NN forums in the first place.
