I've barely started using it, but the glasses-free 3D truly is a fantastic technical achievement. It looks great. I look forward to gaming on this.
I got SSFIV and Pilotwings Resort. I could post my friend code, once I get to it.
Anybody have thoughts on their new kit?

Am I the only one who got one? Such little chatter about a new platform.

Haven't got one but I've had a go in the shop, and posted in the 3DS / NGP / iPhone thread. The 3d works a lot better than I thought it would, I tried out the AR card that put the box on the desk that the dragon comes out of, and the Street Fighter game. Its impressive tech, but I don't think I'd get one yet. I'm happy as I am with my DS Lite, PSP (don't use that very often to be honest) and iPhone as far as mobile games go. If the DS Lite ever broke or died, I would consider a 3DS, but maybe a pre owned one or something, £200 is a lot for me.

It'll be much easier if you just comply.

Havent had the opportunity to test the 3D out yet, but from everything i've heard the 3D is pretty sensitive and flaky, so unless i am convinced otherwise(maybe after trying it out) i wont be buying it.

Sensitive and flaky? Yes, you do have to view it straight on, but I think this point has been exaggerated a bit by the press. Yes, if you go off-center, you may see double vision, but it's easy enough to either turn down the 3D slider and/or adjust your angle while holding it.
I've had the 3DS a week now and I'm loving it. Though the launch games aren't all great (I think I got the only 2 good ones), I can't wait to see what comes out later.

P.S. I have no friends! Well, I do, but they don't play 3DS. HIt me with some friend codes.
