I just picked up a iTView DV; since I don't have a VGA adapter for my FP iMac yet, I tried it out on a PC laptop.
While it works, the green light doesn't come on, and it seems to shut off after about a minute. The documentation indicates that the light should come on once a 'signal has been established'; it also only lists iMacs as being supported.
Now the thing comes with a driver for Mac (no Windows version) to make the adjustments, so I'm wondering if it's tied to the software (and by extension, the Mac) and isn't supported for PCs, and if that's why the light doesn't come on.
Anyone have any experience with these besides for Macs (or even with Macs - I'd like to hear feedback on its quality too)?
