This is another protein-type project. Currently in Alpha, with accounts allowed by invitation only. Currently open to x86 Macs.

Note that it doesn't have a PPC-Mac worker at this time.

Currently, I am the only Team MacNN member, and it sure is lonely out there.

Also, there are very few intel macs participating so far. Each job is going only to similar CPU/OS types. That means that I have a lot of "pending" jobs waiting for validation. I could sure use some more intel macs out there to help.

I am stopping until there is a new program out. They have too many issues at the moment. I will come back when there is some progress.

I started again. I couldn't abort the old WU's. Well I aborted them on my computer, but they still show up on the Docking website. They will have to time out, I guess. Sorry about that. We are going to have "pending" results for several more weeks.

The new Charmm still operates with the constant read/write to disk activity. On my iMac it is a constant minimum 4 per second up to a maximum of over 400 per second. This has me quite anxious as I am concerned that it is wearing out my disk prematurely. And I don't have a backup yet on this new computer!

What's with the validation of WU's? Some have quorum 2/ replication 3; others are 3/3, 2/5, etc. Then it looks as though the requirements are satisfied, but there is no validation.

The good news is that there is another Intel Mac just joined; bolero
The bad news is that he is using a "modified" Boinc that inflates the computer benchmarks and claims ridiculous credits. That is really going to hurt the testing. Hopefully this can be corrected pronto.

Done. Just waiting for the next results, to see whether the update has worked.

The other projects, I actively participate at the moment (Einstein and Seti), have their own method to calculate their credits and I was not aware of the fact that Docking@home still relies on the boinc benchmarks for crediting until I saw your post and had a look at the first results.
Thanks for your hint.
