That is not Apple. That is a licensed reseller. Hence the un-Appleness of it all.

Apple doesn't actually handle anything in NZ, though.

It's all through a third party.

This is nothing to do with Apple, or any new Apple store.

Can anybody figure out how to BTO?

Given that they have the repair people on site as well, you think this would not be too much of a hassle.
