Dock modifications

Greetings,
Ok, the left bottom right positions just do not cut it. I have seen many screen shots where the dock can be placed in a lot more locations.
Anyone know of a good tool that I can use to do this? Thanks

i also found you could move it around a little more using Cocktail.
